This project involved creating an online searchable knowledge base CyberGrants LLC and was later rebranded for Bonterra Inc’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) products. I conducted an assessment of the company’s customer-needs and identified an organization structure that would improve information access through easy navigation and article readability. I used Adobe Illustrator to create icons to provide visual guidance for end-users.
Information was organized by product, then by functionality. Each area had an accompanying product overview to introduce new and curious users to its features and use-cases.
In addition to serving as a centralized location for help articles for all CSR products, this knowledge base also housed CSR product updates and a support request portal.
